The Walking Dead: 77 Days After Getting A Zombie Bite

It's been one hour since I saw the death that shouldn't have happened. Monday night is a rough one for me and all of young man - one eyed - stetson wearing - shaggy haired - and pretty boy's fans. Previously, i have told you a great discuss about this guy: will Carl survive from the walker's bitten? and the show's mid season finale already made it clear tonight.

I didn't realized before till the end of episode 8 finished airing. Saving Siddiq, the moslem man who believe that killing zombies freed their souls, was a brave thing and unfortunate at all. And hoping that thing will be happen to Carl will never be happen is even more stupid. How could be?

It take seventy seven days to describe how broke i'm. Throughout much of the episodes, I have some characters that i loved as much as caramel on my pudding. After Negan killed Glenn, i wondered who's major character will be the next? and now we know.

Carl grows up to be a good young man as Rick's change his attitude to rescues the Woodbury citizen while they were in prison, helping the strangers on every street they met, and leading a group responsibly. The change in Rick's attitude turned out to have a big impact on Carl's mind to protect, help, dan kill anyone who threatens his family. At least, that's the principle he hold on till he met Siddiq and got himself killed.

I though Carl was dead in pretty well, even if no one is really happy leaving their loved ones in this world. Carl made a big decision, he led his group out of Alexandria and outwit Negan before finally managed to escape and hiding in the sewer. He has used his short time very well: gives beautiful memories to Judith, writes farewell

Will Carl Survive?

Oh! apparently, we've reached to the end of January. Saya masih ingat bagaimana saya harus menghabiskan akhir tahun bergulat dengan keyboard, layar monitor, dan buku-buku. Kata menjadi kalimat, kalimat menjadi paragraf, paragraf menjadi lembaran-lembaran pemikiran yang tersusun dan sistematis. Begitulah cerita dipenghujung desember saya. Tapi dibalik sulitnya menghadapi masa-masa ujian akhir semester, there was one thing that made everything is better: The Walking Dead movie series. Harus saya akui bahwa saya sangat-sangat-sangat telat menyadari kalau sudah lebih dari 107 episodes ditayangkan pada saat pertama kali saya menonton serial ini 😂 daaaannn.. awal februari ini menjadi bulan yang dinanti-nanti, pasalnya serial zombie andalan AMC ini akan kembali tayang pada tanggal 25 bulan ini di AS dan tanggal 26 di Inggris.

So, kalian yang telah menonton episode sebelumnya (yang belum, saya saranin untuk segera nonton yah) pasti dibuat penasaran kan tentang nasib para penghuni Alexandria, The Kingdom, dan Hiltop yang kini tengah berperang melawan The Saviours demi kebebasan dan kedamaian hidup masing-masing kelompok ditengah ancaman The Walkers (zombie)? Tapi yang paling ditunggu-tunggu di episode 9 nanti: akankah Carl bertahan hidup setelah tergigit zombie?

Oke, sebelumnya buat yang belum tahu, lupa, atau bahkan tidak menaruh banyak perhatian pada karakter Carl, biar saya beritahu Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) adalah anak dari Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) leader kelompok Alexandria. Ia digigit salah satu zombie saat berusaha menghabisi kawanan tersebut bersama seorang teman yang baru ia kenal.

Setelah sejenak berhenti menulis akibat laptop tiba-tiba ngehang dan tidak dapat difungsikan lagi, finally disinilah kita, dipertemukan kembali dipenghujung oktober bersama review drama korea favorit kita: Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.
